- Device and energy system data such as battery charge level, energy flow (charge/discharge rates), voltage temperature, system status, usage patterns, error logs, and performance metrics from your connected device.
- Usage data including timestamps, frequency of App access, and features used.
- Device information including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browser type, IP address, and energy usage patterns within the App may be collected automatically to help us improve our services.
Information from Third Parties
- Data from connected hardware manufacturers or API’s (inverter or battery telemetry).
- Analytics data from third-party providers.
We do NOT collect financial, biometric, or precise location information
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- To provide, operate and maintain the App and its features.
- To improve user experience and develop new features.
- To communicate with you regarding updates, support, and notifications.
- To monitor and analyze usage and trends to enhance the App’s performance.

We use third-party analytics tools to understand app usage and to assist us in operating the App, provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Energy usage history may be retained longer for service functionality, but you may request deletion of this information (see below Your Rights and Choices).

You may update or delete your account information at any time through the App’s settings. You can also opt out of certain data collection by adjusting your device permissions. Please
note that disabling certain features may affect your experience with the App. You can also manage notifications and location permissions in your device settings.

Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
