Easily connect two BrightMount racks or enhance your BrightMount Solar Ground Mount System Version 1 with our 13.75-inch Splice Connector/Bonding Jumpers Kit. These jumpers replace the 5.5-inch ones in the initial version when adding a BrightMount Extension Rail Kit. If you plan to use wider solar panels (wider than 44 inches), you may need BrightMount Extension Rail Kits for proper installation.
Important Information
Kit Components:
One kit contains two jumpers, and one kit will be required per BrightMount Rack.
Panel Size Limitation:
The standard Brightmount Solar Ground Mount is designed to support solar panels up to 44 inches in width. If you intend to install panels wider than this limit, the purchase of BrightMount Extension Rail Kit is mandatory to ensure proper fitting and structural integrity.
Extension Rail Kit Functionality:
The Brightmount Extension Rail Kits provide an additional 5 inches (12.9cm) between the connection points of the horizontal rails, allowing for the secure installation of solar panels up to 45 inches wide.
Upgrade Requirement:
To enhance your solar array’s capacity and accommodate larger panels, customers are required to purchase the Brightmount Extension Rail Kits separately.
