The EG4 24K and 36K Hybrid Multizone Mini-Split systems deliver year-round heating and cooling powered by solar, grid, or both. Operating on 208–240 VAC and accepting direct DC solar input from 100–410 VDC, these systems reduce daytime energy consumption without sacrificing comfort. With support for up to four indoor zones, high-efficiency R32 refrigerant, and a DIY-friendly pre-charged line set, the EG4 multizone mini-split is purpose-built for solar-integrated homes and energy-independent installations.
Please note: Air handlers are sold separately and must be specified on a per project.
Hybrid AC/DC Operation:
Accepts both 208–240 VAC grid power and 100–410 VDC direct solar input, automatically prioritizing solar to lower operating costs.
Multizone Indoor Configuration:
The 24K outdoor unit supports up to 3 indoor heads — available in 12K, 18K, and 24K combinations to match any layout.
High-Efficiency R32 Refrigerant:
Delivers SEER2 ratings up to 22.5 and HSPF2 up to 10, providing strong performance in both heating and cooling modes.
DIY-Friendly Pre-Charged Line Sets:
Factory pre-charged refrigerant lines in 16.4 ft and 26.2 ft lengths simplify installation without vacuum or refrigerant handling equipment. Line sets are purchased separately.
AC Power Limiter:
Limits grid draw to 25%, 50%, or 75% via remote or app, maximizing solar utilization during peak sun hours.
Integrated MPPT Solar Input:
Built-in MPPT controller optimizes energy harvest from connected PV arrays — one port on the 24K, two on the 36K.
Smartphone App Control:
Monitor real-time PV and AC input, adjust settings, and view cumulative energy savings via the iOS/Android Solar Aircon app.
Four-Season Operation:
Cools down to 5°F outdoor ambient and heats in outdoor temperatures from 5–86°F, suited for diverse climates. Core Benefits
